Purchasing a puppy or dog from Spanky’s Dogs

We raise puppies to be loved and cherished members of your family.  We only sell our puppies and dogs to people that we believe will love them as much as we do.  If you would like to be considered to purchase a puppy or dog, or would like to be placed on our wait list, please fill out the application below and we will get in touch with you. 

In our effort to protect our puppies and try to be sure we are giving them their best possible lives, we require a phone call to discuss and approve your application before we send you a contract to purchase one of our puppies or dogs.  Once you are approved, you will need to sign the contract and pay ½ of the price of the puppy or dog as a non-refundable deposit.  

There is no cost to be added to the wait list.  When we have puppies coming, we'll contact everyone on the wait list and keep you informed.  We start allowing people to select puppies when they are 4 weeks old.  By that age, we are able to assess their health and temperament in order to help you choose a puppy who is a good fit for your family. 

Pricing and Contract Terms

The price of our puppies and dogs varies depending on if you are purchasing a pet, breeding stock, or an older dog.

Our contract contains the following agreements (this is not a representation of the full contract):

• We guarantee that the puppy or dog will be healthy when you purchase it.  We will check in with you several times after you take your new puppy or dog home.  We also love getting any updates and pictures you want to send to us. 
• You agree to treat the puppy or dog as a family member and allow them to spend significant quality time in the house with you; to provide appropriate food, training, vaccinations and medical care for the rest of his or her life; and to contact us and return the puppy or dog to us if at any point you are no longer able to provide it with love and appropriate care.
